1.  Technical Support
 
      (1)Online Support: Customer can login our website to get service or leave a message to us.
 
      (2)Telephone Support: If our products have any hardware or software problem, you can dial the hot line to get solution, no matter where you bought our products.
 
2.  Guarantee Service
      (1)Hardware Guarantee Time :
       Mainframe: one year guarantee since the bought date (the outer shell is not included).
       Hard disk: two years guarantee since the bought date.
 
      (2)Guarantee service type: customers send the products to our company. We do not take responsibility for the product freight fee and transport risk.
 
3.    Charged Service
     One or part of the below situations are not within the guarantee scope. Customer can select the charged
service:
      (1)Beyond the guarantee time or guarantee scope;
 
      (2)Assembling, using, maintaining or repairing the product is not authorized by our company or not according to our user manual;
 
      (3)Using the nonstandard, illegal, without open published or incompatible software/hardware;
 
      (4)Man-made or unforeseen factor (include but not limit to the following: computer virus, mishandling, input the wrong voltage, mouse or insect pest etc.);
 
      (5)Include but not limit to the following: the appearance problem, plastic break, power problem, transport problem and storage problem etc;
 
      (6)Troubles caused by (include but not limit to the following): the electric power, temperature, humidity and other environment or condition problems etc;
 
      (7)Other natural disasters or force majeure fators (include but not limit to the following: the earthquake, thunder, rain or fire etc.).
 
4.    Customer Notice
      (1)We will charge for certain repairing (such as manual work service, onsite service or parts cost fee). We have the right to stop repairing, before the customer pay for the repairing fee. The customer is responsible for the result caused by the stopped service.
 
      (2)We take back and own the repairing changed or removed parts.
 
      (3)Please backup the data before accepting our service. We do not responsible for the data lose caused by the hard disk and memory fault or other problems.
 
      (4)We are not responsible for the service promise beyond our service by any organization or people(such as franchiser or distributors) .
 
 
5.    Customer Obligation
      (1)Customer should offer the country’s law, policy and other necessary info of the end user, so that we can supply the service and product within the related law.
 
      (2)The customer should make sure the software or hardware supplied by them without encryption element or the encryption part is authorized. We needn’t any licence to export them.
 
      (3)The customer should ensure that we are not responsible for the customer’s illegal activities.
 
      (4)We are not responsible for any work introduction, technical criterion or loss caused by the third-party products or software not compatible with the local law.
 
      (5)We are not responsible for the delay or stop offering products caused by above terms.
 
       The right that final interpretation and alteration without declaration for above terms is reserved by Hongtong exactitude electronic (Shenzhen) Co.,LTD.
